Safeguarding

Every member of the Middle Street team takes full responsibility for safeguarding all our children.

All staff, governors and volunteers complete a safeguarding induction and annual safeguarding training.

All adults who are working or volunteering in our school will have received a clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) before they can start at the school.

Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) - Katie Jones

The DSL has overall responsibility for Child Protection and Safeguarding in school.

Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads (DDSLs) - Rob Cooper and Dom Smart

The DDSLs ensure there is appropriate cover for the role in school at all times.

Nominated Governor for Safeguarding - Hannah Jefferies
